"I began playing field hockey in 2009 and am actually a former Undertow player myself! I continued to play field hockey when I attended Randolph-Macon College, where I studied Communications, Writing, and Journalism. While in school, I was a volunteer field hockey coach for the YMCA and refereed many local tournaments. After graduating, I began refereeing in my free time and joined Undertow as a volunteer coach during the 2022-2023 Indoor season. I am thrilled to have the chance to grow the game, and am looking forward to giving your athletes the same opportunity I was once given. Field hockey has been such an impactful part of my life and I can't wait to pass along my love for the sport. Outside of field hockey, I do content creation for a Richmond Financial Technology company and am an avid trail runner/hiker."
